Payment & Insurance Policy

Out-of-Network & Payment

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. All session payments are due at the time of service. I accept cash, debit/credit, and HSA cards.

Using Out-of-Network Benefits (Thrizer)

I partner with Thrizer to help lower upfront costs for clients who have out-of-network benefits.
With Thrizer:

  • They check your benefits for you

  • They handle reimbursement

  • You only pay your co-insurance amount once your deductible is met (typically around 40%)

Please note: Medicaid plans do not offer out-of-network coverage, so Thrizer cannot be used with Medicaid.

Sliding Scale

I want therapy to be as accessible as possible. If finances are a concern, I offer a sliding scale/discounted rate based on your income and circumstances. Just reach out, and we can discuss options before your first session.

Session Rates

Initial Consultation  

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see which therapy is right for you.

$90 per session

This includes:

  • Individual Therapy

  • Trauma Therapy

  • Adolescent Therapy 

$110 per session

This includes:

  • Couples Therapy
